Parts Return Policy

Parts Return Policy - Return Eligibility



Parts must be eligible for return, unused, and in new, resaleable condition. All returns are subject to inspection and verification of condition and return eligibility.

  • Parts must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Gaskets, O-rings, nuts, bolts, washers, and individual items valued at less than $10.00 are not returnable.
  • Damaged, installed, or used parts will not be accepted for return.
  • Unidentifiable items will not be accepted.

In-Stock Parts

Returnable in-stock parts in new, resaleable condition are subject to the following:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: No restocking fee.
  • 31-60 days after purchase: 15% restocking fee.
  • After 60 days: Non-returnable.

Non-Stock Parts

Returnable non-stock parts in new, resaleable condition are subject to the following:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: 15% restocking fee
  • 30-60 days after purchase: 20% restocking fee, subject to return eligibility.
  • After 60 days: 25% restocking fee, subject to return eligibility.

Non-returnable Parts

Parts designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase will not be accepted for return. Th following items are also non-returnable:

  • Used, installed, or damaged parts.
  • Replaced, superseded, or discontinued parts.
  • Cut or pre-made hoses.
  • Literature, manuals, or software.
  • Unidentifiable items.
  • Items not in their original packaging.
  • Gaskets, O-rings, nuts, bolts, washers, and individual items valued under $10.00
  • Literature, manuals, or software.

Exception: AGCO non-returnable, non-stocked parts returned within 30 days subject to minimum 20% restocking fee, and subject to return eligibility.

Electronic Parts

Electronic parts are subject to management discretion and return eligibility. Opened installed, or used electronic components are non-returnable.

Remanufactured Cores

Remanufactured cores must be returned within 30 days of the original parts purchase. Cores must be complete and in acceptable condition. Damaged cores will not be accepted for core credit.

Proof of Purchase

Please provide your invoice, receipt, or account information with your return. Having this information available will allow us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All returns are subject to inspection and final approval, Restocking fees are calculated based on the original purchase price of the returned item. Thank you for helping us keep returns quick, accurate, and fair for everyone.
